How to View Account Deletion Requests

To view your customers’ account deletion requests, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to the ikas Dashboard:

    Sign in to your ikas Dashboard.

  2. Open Settings:

    In the left-hand menu, click on Settings and then select Account Deletion Requests.

  3. Manage Account Deletion Requests:

    In this section, you’ll see all customer requests to delete their accounts.

    From this list, you can select a customer’s request to either approve and permanently delete the account or decline it.

    Important: Please note that once a customer account is permanently deleted, this action cannot be undone.
