How to Set Up and Use the Zapier App

With the Zapier integration, you can connect your ikas store to over 5,000+ applications. Automate repetitive tasks like notifications, email sending, or data transfer to tools like Google Sheets, and save valuable time and resources.

Install the Zapier App in ikas

  1. Log in to your ikas dashboard.
  2. Go to Apps > App Store and install the Zapier app.
  3. After installation, you'll find the app under Apps > My Apps.

Note: No manual API key is required — authentication happens via the app connection flow.

  1. Open the Zapier app and click Go to Zapier.

  2. You’ll be redirected to zapier.com. Log in or create an account.

  3. Navigate to App Connections.

  4. Click Add Connection.

  5. Search for ikas, select it, and click App Connection.

  6. Enter your myikas store name and confirm with Yes, Continue to ikas.

  7. Once ikas appears in your app connections, the integration is successfully set up.
