How to Set Up Your Refund Settings
To adjust your refund settings and allow your customers to request a refund, follow these steps:
- 
Login to the ikas Dashboard: Sign in to your ikas dashboard. 
- 
Access Shipping Settings: In the left menu, click on Sales Channel B2C > Shipping Settings. 
- 
Access Return Settings: In the Return Settings section, click on Edit Refund Settings on the right. 
- 
Adjust Return Settings: A new window will open where you can set the following options: - Maximum Refundable Days: Set how many days after the purchase a refund request can be made.
- Refund Description: Enter a description explaining the refund conditions to your customers.
- Refund Requests: Determine whether customers can request a refund and if these requests should be automatically approved.
 
- 
Save: Click on Save to apply your settings.
