How to Set Up Your Refund Settings

To adjust your refund settings and allow your customers to request a refund, follow these steps:

  1. Login to the ikas Dashboard:

    Sign in to your ikas dashboard.

  2. Access Shipping Settings:

    In the left menu, click on Sales Channel B2C > Shipping Settings.

  3. Access Return Settings:

    In the Return Settings section, click on Edit Refund Settings on the right.

  4. Adjust Return Settings:

    A new window will open where you can set the following options:

    • Maximum Refundable Days: Set how many days after the purchase a refund request can be made.
    • Refund Description: Enter a description explaining the refund conditions to your customers.
    • Refund Requests: Determine whether customers can request a refund and if these requests should be automatically approved.
  5. Save:

    Click on Save to apply your settings.
