      How to Set Up Trustedshops in ikas?

      More trust, more reviews: With the Trustedshops app for ikas, you can activate the trustmark and automatically send out review invitations.

      What is Trustedshops?

      Trustedshops is a trustmark and review system that helps online shops build trust with their customers. Through the Trustedshops integration, orders are automatically transmitted to the system, allowing you to collect customer reviews and offer buyer protection. The Trustedshops trustmark is automatically displayed on your website.

      Installing and Configuring the Trustedshops App in ikas

      Step 1: Install the App

      1. Log in to your ikas dashboard.

      2. Go to Apps > App Store.

      3. Search for Trustedshops and install the app.

      4. After installation, you can find it under Apps > My Apps.

      Step 2: Configure settings

      1. Open the Trustedshops app in the ikas dashboard.

      2. Go to the Settings tab.

      3. In the Trustedshops ID section, enter your individual ID from your Trustedshops account.
        Note: The Trustedshops ID is provided to you after registering with Trustedshops. For more details, please contact Trustedshops directly.
      4. Enable Trustedshops Badge?
        Here you can activate or deactivate the Trustedshops badge for your store.

      A Trustedshops ID is valid for exactly one shop URL and one language. If your shop system manages multiple shops or language versions, each instance requires a separate Trustedshops ID.

      Step 3: Enable Multi-Regional Support (if needed)

      If you offer multiple language versions or countries in your store, you can enable Use multiregionality?

      1. Check the box.

      2. Select the countries and click Add region.

      3. A separate tab will appear for each region, where you can enter the corresponding Trustedshops ID.

      4. You can also enable or disable the Trustedshops badge for each region individually.

      5. In the Path field, define the URL segment that the Trustedshops ID refers to (e.g. /de, /en, /tr).

      Note: If your shop is only active in one language, leave this option deactivated and enter just one Trustedshops ID.

      Step 4: Additional Trustedshops Badge Options

      Under Additional Trustedshops badge options (for advanced users only), you can click + Add option to, for example, change the position of the Trustedshops badge or adjust other technical settings.

      Step 5: Script Is Embedded Automatically

      After saving, the required script is automatically enabled:

      1. Go to Sales Channel > Extensions > Installed Apps > Scripts.

      2. The script will appear automatically – you do not need to add anything manually.

      Within a few minutes, the Trustedshops widget will appear on your site.

      How Is the Data Transmitted?

      Once a customer reaches the order confirmation page after completing a purchase, the basic order data is transmitted to Trustedshops. Your customers will then automatically receive an email with a review invitation and buyer protection information.

      Additional settings can be configured directly in your Trustedshops account.
