      How to Record Product Transfer Between Locations

      To record transfers between locations, follow these steps:

      1. Log in to the ikas Dashboard:

        Sign in to your ikas dashboard.

      2. Access Transfers:

        In the left menu, click on the tab Products > Transfers.

      3. Create a New Transfer:

        Click on the Add Transfer button to add a new transfer.

      4. Edit the Transfer:

        A new window will open with input fields. Please fill them out as follows:

        Transfer Details:

        • Waybill Number: Enter the reference number for the transfer.
        • Exit Branch: Select the location from which the products are being transferred. Learn how to create locations here.
        • Entry Branch: Select the location to which the products are being transferred. Learn how to create locations here.

        Add Products:

        • Click on the product search field and enter the desired products. A window will open displaying a list of matching items.
        • Select the products you want and click Save at the bottom right to add them to the order.
        • The selected products will now appear in the order overview. The exit branch stocke available at the outgoing location will be displayed. Enter the transfer amount.
          • Exit Branch Stock: The available stock at the selected outgoing location.
          • Transfer Amount: The amount to be transferred.

        Alternatively, products can also be entered via barcode scanning. Please note that the barcode mode must first be activated via the respective Read With Barcode button. The lamp button acts as a trigger that can be activated as needed. No manual entry of the quantity is required – the number of scanned products will be automatically recorded. However, if desired, the quantity can be manually adjusted.

        Timeline:

        Any comments regarding the transfer can be stored here.

      5. Save and Confirm:

        Once all fields have been filled out, you can either save the transfer as a draft using the Save as Draft button at the top right or finalize it by clicking Save and Approve.

      The transfer will now appear in your overview with the status Waiting for Transfer
