How to Deactivate or Activate a Customer Account
To deactivate or activate an existing customer account, follow these steps:
- 
Login to the ikas Dashboard: Sign into your ikas Dashboard. 
- 
Access Customers: Click on the Customers > Customers tab in the left menu. 
- 
Select the Customer Profile: Choose the customer profile you want to deactivate or activate. 
- 
Edit the Customer Profile: Click on Edit at the top right. 
- 
Deactivate or Activate the Customer Account: Click on the Three-Dots Button in the top right corner and select Disable Account or Activate Account. - When deactivated, the account status will be set to ❌ Blocked. The customer profile remains, but access to the account will be restricted. The website remains visible to the blocked customer, but logging in or completing a purchase is blocked depending on the membership status.
- When activated, the account status will be set to ✅ Active, and the customer can access their account again.

Save: Click Save to secure the changes.
