How to Deactivate or Activate a Customer Account

To deactivate or activate an existing customer account, follow these steps:

  1. Login to the ikas Dashboard:

    Sign into your ikas Dashboard.

  2. Access Customers:

    Click on the Customers > Customers tab in the left menu.

  3. Select the Customer Profile:

    Choose the customer profile you want to deactivate or activate.

  4. Edit the Customer Profile:

    Click on Edit at the top right.

  5. Deactivate or Activate the Customer Account:

    Click on the Three-Dots Button in the top right corner and select Disable Account or Activate Account.

    • When deactivated, the account status will be set to ❌ Blocked. The customer profile remains, but access to the account will be restricted.
    • When activated, the account status will be set to ✅ Active, and the customer can access their account again.
  6. Save:

    Click Save to secure the changes.
