Whether it’s product information, special offers, or personalized messages, you can easily design customized pop-ups in minutes, thanks to mobile-optimized displays, customizable templates, and an intuitive drag-and-drop interface. Use the versatile options of ikas Pop-Up to target your visitors effectively: create custom messages, use flexible layouts, and display pop-ups as traditional windows, subtle notification bars, or alerts. This way, you can engage your customers at the right moment and take your campaigns to the next level. To create pop-ups within ikas Marketing, follow these steps: 1. **Log in to the ikas Dashboard:** Sign in to your ikas dashboard. 2. **Navigate to Pop-Ups:** In the left menu, click on **Marketing > Pop-Up**. 3. **Add a Pop-Up:** Click on the **Add Pop-Up** button to create a new pop-up. 4. **Choose Pop-Up Type:** Select one of the following pop-up types and click then **Continue**: - **Pop-Up Window:** A classic pop-up in the center of the screen – ideal for eye-catching messages and offers. - **Notification Bar:** A subtle bar at the top or bottom of the page – perfect for short info or reminders. - **Notification Pop-Up:** A small message area, usually at the bottom right – ideal for unobtrusive alerts. 5. **Define a Sequence of Multiple Pop-Ups (optional):** If you want to show a **sequence of multiple pop-ups**, you can create a flow: - Click the **Plus +** button to add more pop-ups to the sequence. - Use the three dots at the top right to **copy**, **rename**, or **delete** individual pop-ups. 6. **Design Pop-Up Content:** - Click on the pop-up you want to edit. - In the left panel under the **Content** tab, use available components like **Text**, **Image**, **Button**, **Form**, etc. - Click on each component to **edit** it. - Use **+ Add Content** to add new elements. - Drag-and-drop components to **arrange** them as needed. - You can also **duplicate** or **delete** individual elements. 7. **Adjust Design Settings:** Switch to the **Settings** tab to customize the **appearance** and **behavior** of your pop-up. You can: - Set the position and size of the pop-up, - Adjust padding and margins, - Define colors for background and pop-up window, - Customize the close button. 8. **Preview for Mobile and Desktop Views:** Click on the icons for **Web** or **Mobile view** at the top to see how your pop-up will appear on different devices. 9. **Proceed to Configuration:** Click **Next** to move to the display settings. 10. **Assign a Pop-Up Name:** Give the pop-up a descriptive **name** for internal use (e.g., "Summer Campaign 2025 - Mobile"). This name is not visible to customers. 11. **Select Localization:** Choose an existing **Route** to target users in the correct **region** and ensure the pop-up is shown in the preferred **language**. 12. **Choose Devices:** Set whether the pop-up should appear on **all devices**, only on **desktop**, or only on **mobile devices**. 13. **Set Page Visibility:** Define on which pages the pop-up should appear: - On **all pages** or - Only on **specific pages** (e.g., homepage, product page, or checkout). 14. **Set Display Timing and Trigger:** - Decide **when** the pop-up should appear: - **On Page Load** (Immediately) - **On Scroll** **Down** (after a certain percentage of the page is scrolled) - **On Exit Intent** (when the user attempts to leave the page) - Define a **delay time** in seconds, such as “5 seconds after page load.” 15. **Determine Display Frequency:** Set whether the pop-up should be shown only once per session or multiple times. You can also enable the option to prevent the pop-up from appearing again in the same session after closing. 16. **Set Duration:** Decide whether the pop-up should be shown **permanently** or only within a **specific timeframe**, such as during a seasonal campaign.
