Up-selling increases order value by offering customers higher-value or upgraded versions of a product. These offers appear during the checkout process and encourage customers to choose a better option.
To create an up-sell campaign, follow these steps:

Log in to the ikas Dashboard:
Sign in to your ikas dashboard.

Access Up- & Cross-Sell:
Click on Discounts > Campaign Offers from the left-hand menu.

Add Campaign Offer:
- Click on the Add Campaign Offer button.
- Select Up-Sell.

Create Campaign:
A detailed page will open where you can fill out all the relevant fields.
- In the Title field, give the discount campaign a descriptive name that will be visible to your customers.
Note: Up-sell offers are only shown during the checkout process.

Define Trigger Products:
Set the products in the cart that should trigger the up-sell campaign:
- Click on Add Product.
- Search for the desired trigger products and add them by checking the corresponding checkboxes.

Configure Offers:
- Click on Add Product to select the product(s) to be offered as cross-sell items.
- Enter a clear title for the offer that will be shown to your customers.
- Provide a brief description of the product or discount.
- Choose whether the discount is a percentage or a fixed amount, and enter the amount.
- Decide whether the discount should apply to the sales price or the already discounted price.
- Optionally, add a countdown timer and define the duration in minutes.
- You can also select the option to not display the offer if the product is already in the cart.
You can add up to three offers, where the next offer is shown or skipped based on the customer’s decision to accept or reject the previous one—except on the Post-Checkout Page. A preview of the offer will be displayed on the right.

Set Requirements:
Determine the conditions under which the discount will be applied:
- Limit Purchase Amount: The discount only applies after a certain cart value is reached.
- Limit Product Quantity: The discount is granted only when a specified number of products is purchased.

Set Sales Channels and Currencies:
Define which sales channels and currencies the discount campaign applies to.

Set Discount Campaign Period:
If the discount should only be valid for a limited time, enable the checkbox for the start and end dates, and select the desired dates.

Save:
Click Save to activate your discount campaign.
