How to View the Product History

To view price changes and sales channel activations as product history, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to the ikas Dashboard:

    Sign in to your ikas dashboard.

  2. Navigate to Products:

    In the left menu, click on the Products tab and select Products.

  3. Select Product:

    Select the product whose product history you want to view to go to its product detail page.

  4. View Product History:

    In the top right corner, next to the Save button, click on the three-dot button ("...") and select Product History.

  5. View Product History:

    A page will open listing the price changes and sales channel activations for the product. The following information will be displayed:

    • Date: When the change occurred.
    • Source: Who or what made the change.
    • Source Type: The action that triggered the change (e.g., price increase, sales channel activated).
  6. Filter Data:

    You can filter the product history by variants or a specific time period. To search by source type or stock location, use the filter icon.
