How to View the Inventory History

To view the inventory history of a product, follow these steps:

1. Log in to the ikas Dashboard:

   Sign in to your ikas dashboard.

2. Navigate to Products:

   In the left menu, click on the Products tab and select Products.

3. Select the Product:

   Select the product whose inventory history you want to view to go to its product detail page.

4. View Inventory History:

   In the top right corner, next to the Save button, click on the three-dot button ("...") and select Stock History.

5. View Inventory History:

   A page will open listing the historical inventory changes for the product. The following information will be displayed:

   • Date: When the stock change occurred.
   • Source: Who or what made the change.
   • Source Type: What action that triggered the stock change (e.g., order cancellation, inventory update via Excel, or manual entry).
   • Stock Location: The affected stock location.
   • Stock Change: The change in inventory, including the old stock, the new stock, and the difference.

6. Filter Inventory Data:

   Inventory data is always displayed for one variant at a time. You can view data for a specific variant and for a defined time period. To filter inventory data by Source Type or Stock Location, use the filter icon.
