How to Upgrade Your License

To upgrade your license to a higher plan, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to the ikas Dashboard:

    Sign in to your ikas dashboard.

  2. Access Settings:

    Click on the Settings tab in the menu on the left.

  3. Start the Upgrade Process:

    In the My License section, click on the Upgrade Your Plan button.

    Note: Only higher-tier packages are available for upgrading.

  4. Choose Your Package:

    Choose the plan you’d like to upgrade to.

  5. Enter Billing Information:

    Fill in your billing details.

  6. Review Payment Details:

    Select a payment method and review your information.

    Note: If you upgrade to a new plan before your current contract period ends, the cost of the new plan will be calculated proportionally with the remaining time of your existing plan.

  7. Use a Discount Code (Optional):

    If you have a discount code, enter it in the + Add Discount Code section.

  8. Complete the Payment:

    Confirm your information and click Complete Purchase to proceed to your chosen payment method.

 

After a successful payment, your new plan will be activated automatically.
