      How to Set Up the Billbee App

      Want to manage your orders and invoices efficiently with Billbee? This step-by-step guide shows you how to easily integrate the Billbee app into your ikas store.

      Installing the Billbee App

      1. In your ikas Dashboard, go to Apps > Appstore and install the Billbee App.
      2. Once installed, you’ll find the app under Apps > My Apps.
      3. Open the app and navigate to the Settings tab. There, you’ll find the information needed to configure the integration in your Billbee account.

      Connecting Billbee to ikas

      1. Log in to your Billbee Dashboard.
      2. Go to Settings > Connection Settings > Channels.
      3. Click on + Add Shop to create a new connection.
      4. Scroll down the list of available shop systems and select Custom Webshop (Billbee API).
      5. Enter the following details from your ikas Dashboard:
        • Name: ikas
        • URL: https://billbee.ikasapps.com/api/public/sync
        • Key: API key from ikas
        • Basic Auth Username: Username from ikas
        • Basic Auth Password: Password from ikas
      6. Click Save to apply the settings.

      Your integration is now successfully set up. From now on, your orders and invoices will be automatically synchronized between ikas and Billbee.
