How to Set Up and Use the Amazon App

Connect your Amazon store to ikas and manage all your orders in one place – easily, efficiently, and centrally.

Installing the Amazon App

  1. Log in to your ikas dashboard.

  2. Navigate to Apps > AppStore.

  3. Search for the Amazon App and install it.

  4. Once the installation is complete, you’ll find the app under Apps > My Apps.

Connecting Your Amazon Account

  1. Open the Amazon App and click Connect my Amazon account.

  2. A new tab will open – sign in to your Amazon seller account.

  3. Select Amazon DE as the region (for the German marketplace).

  4. After successful authorization, your Amazon account will be linked to ikas.

Configuring Settings

Within the app settings, you can configure the following options:

  • Sales Channel Name: Define how the Amazon sales channel should be displayed in ikas (e.g., "Store Name Amazon").

  • Used Warehouses: Select the warehouses whose inventory should be sent to Amazon.

  • Used Price List: Choose a price list that matches the currency of your Amazon store.

Additional Options:

  • Do not send price changes to Amazon
    → When enabled, price changes for linked products will not be synced to Amazon.

  • Do not send stock changes to Amazon
    → When enabled, stock level changes will not be sent to Amazon.

  • Send inventory and pricing information to Amazon when products are matched
    → Once products are successfully matched, inventory and price updates will be sent to Amazon automatically (when enabled).

Tip: Don’t forget to click Save after making changes.

Matching Products

To fully utilize the integration, products in ikas need to be matched with the corresponding products in Amazon:

  1. Click on Products in the top menu.

  2. All ikas products will be listed.

  3. Click the ... icon next to the relevant product and select Open matching screen.

  4. A new window will open showing the ikas barcode. Enter the corresponding Amazon barcode and click Match.

  5. Optionally, you can remove all product matches via Actions > Remove all product matches.

Managing Orders

Under the Orders tab, you’ll see all Amazon orders that include matched products.

Functions:

  • Update orders: Refresh the list by clicking Actions in the top-right corner.

  • Manually import orders: Also available via Actions, you can manually fetch orders from Amazon.
