How to Integrate a Facebook Catalog in Business Manager

Do you want to easily manage your ikas products in the Facebook Business Manager? With the catalog integration, any changes in your ikas dashboard are automatically synchronized.

Why use catalog integration?

Catalog integration automatically connects your products from ikas to Facebook Business Manager. This allows you to present your products on Facebook and use up-to-date product data for catalog ads. It saves time, ensures accurate ads, and increases your advertising success.

Preparations in the ikas Dashboard

Before starting in the Facebook Commerce Manager, first get your catalog URL:

  1. Log in to your ikas dashboard.

  2. Navigate to Sales Channel > Extensions > Product Catalog Connections > Facebook Business Manager.

  3. Click Catalog Connection to copy the URL that you will later insert in the Commerce Manager.

Create a Catalog in Facebook Commerce Manager

  1. In the Meta Business Manager, go to Commerce Manager.

  2. Click Add Products.

  3. Enter a name for your catalog and click Next

  4. Enable the toggle for the Pixel connected to ikas.

    Note: If you have multiple Pixels, enable only the one connected to ikas and disable the others.

  5. Click Next.

  6. Choose Connect to a Data Feed and click Next.

  7. In the next step, under Use URL or Google Sheets, paste the URL you copied from the ikas dashboard.

  8. Select your currency and click Upload.

Once the setup is complete, the catalog connection is established.

  • To update products, simply make changes in the ikas dashboard.

  • During the next update cycle, the products will automatically appear in the Facebook catalog.
