In addition to creating staff accounts, you can enhance your store’s security by enabling Two-Factor Authentication (2FA). This feature ensures that each staff member must verify their identity with a second authentication factor before accessing the store, in addition to their password.
How to Activate Two-Factor Authentication:

Log in to Your ikas Dashboard:
Sign in to your ikas Dashboard.

Access the Settings:
In the left-hand menu, go to Settings > Staff.

Enable 2FA:
Turn on Two-Factor Authentication for your entire store by switching the toggle to “On.”
This will make 2FA mandatory for all staff members to access the dashboard.
How Does 2FA Work?
- Each staff member will be required to complete a second verification step in addition to their password when logging in.
- In this case, after entering their password, each staff member will receive a code via email, which they’ll need to enter to access the dashboard.
- This provides an extra layer of protection against unauthorized access.
With these features, you can securely manage your team and ensure that only authorized personnel have access to your store’s data.
