How to Enable In-Store Pickup

The option for in-store pickup can be activated after the stock locations have been set up and activated. Follow these steps to enable in-store pickup:

  1. Login to the ikas Dashboard:

    Sign in to your ikas dashboard.

  2. Access Shipping Settings:

    In the left menu, click on Sales Channel B2C > Shipping Settings.

  3. Select Stock Location:

    In the Stock Locations section, click on Edit Stock Locations.

    • Make sure the desired stock location is activated.
    • Now enable the In-Store Pickup option.
    • Click on Next.
    • Sort the stock locations by priority using drag and drop. Orders will be assigned according to the order from top to bottom.
  4. Save:

    Click on Save to secure your changes.
