How to Edit Customer Profiles

To edit an existing customer account, follow these steps:

  1. Login to the ikas Dashboard:

    Sign into your ikas Dashboard.

  2. Access Customers:

    Click on the Customers > Customers tab in the left menu.

  3. Select the Customer Profile:

    Choose the customer profile you want to edit.

  4. View Customer Profile:

    On the customer detail page, you can view the following information:

    • Customer information (Name, Address, etc.)
    • Order history and generated revenue
    • Assigned customer segments
  5. Edit Customer Profile:

    Click on Edit at the top right, and adjust the following details:

    • Customer information (Name, Email, Phone, Preferred Language, B2B Status)
    • Add, edit, or delete addresses
    • Add or change notes
    • Assign marketing groups or segments
    • Add customer tags
    • Enable/disable receipt of marketing emails
    • Adjust customer-specific properties
  6. Save:

    Click Save to secure the changes you made.
