How to Create a Filter for the Purchase Orders

To filter the desired purchase orders in your shop quickly and easily, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to the ikas Dashboard:

    Sign in to your ikas dashboard.

  2. Navigate to Purchase Orders:

    In the left menu, click on the Products tab and select Purchase Orders.

  3. Add a filter:

    Click on Filter next to the search bar, then click the + Add Filter button.

  4. Select the filter criteria:

    Choose the criterion by which you want to filter, such as Destination or Supplier. You can also apply multiple filters at once.

  5. Set conditions and select filter type:

    Once you've selected the criterion, you can refine the filter by choosing one or more specific values.

    You can also choose whether to include or exclude the selected value. This means:

    • "Includes": Displays only purchase orders that include the selected value.
    • "Not Includes": Excludes purchase orders that have the selected value.

    This feature lets you filter with precision, either by including or excluding specific values.

  6. Apply the filter:

    Click the Apply button to activate the filter and display only the purchase orders that match the specified criteria.

  7. Save the filter (optional):

    If you want to save the filter for later, click Save after applying the filter. Give the filter a name and confirm by clicking Save to store it.

    The saved filter name will now appear in the top bar. By clicking on it, the purchase orders will automatically be filtered according to the saved criteria. You can also adjust the filter later if needed.
