To quickly and easily filter the desired orders in your shop, follow these steps:

Log in to the ikas Dashboard:
Sign in to your ikas Dashboard.

Access Orders:
In the left menu, click on Orders > Orders.

Add a Filter:
Click on Filter next to the search bar, and then click the + Add Filter button.

Select Filter Criteria:
Choose the criteria you want to filter by, such as Order Status, Payment Status, or Tag. You can also define multiple filter conditions simultaneously.

Set the Condition and Select Filter Type:
After selecting the criteria, you can narrow the filter conditions by specifying one or more specific values for the criteria. For example:
- Criteria: Order Status
- Value: Ready for Shipment
Additionally, you can specify whether the criterion should be filtered including or excluding a specific value. This means:
- "Contains": Displays only orders that contain the selected value (e.g., "Order Status contains Ready for Shipment" – all orders marked as "Ready for Shipment" will be shown).
- "Does Not Contain": Excludes orders that have the selected value (e.g., "Order Status does not contain Ready for Shipment" – all orders that are not ready for shipment will be displayed).
This feature allows you to filter very specifically and either search for a specific value or exclude it.

Apply the Filter:
Click the Apply button to activate the filter and display only the orders that match the criteria you set.

Save the Filter (Optional):
If you want to save the filter for later use, click Save after applying the filter. Give the filter a name and confirm by clicking Save to store it.
The saved filter name will now appear in the top bar. When you click on it, orders will be automatically filtered according to the saved criteria. You can also adjust the filter later if needed.
