How to Change or Reset Your Password

Have you forgotten your password or simply want to change it? You can do so in just a few easy steps.

Changing the Password

1. Log in to the ikas Dashboard:

   Sign in to your ikas dashboard.

2. Access Your Profile:

   Click the three-dot button next to your user profile at the bottom left and select Manage Account.

3. Change Password:

   Click on Change Password.

4. Set a New Password:

   Enter your current password and your new password. Confirm the new password by entering it again.

5. Save Your Password:

   Click on Update Password to save your changes.

Resetting the Password

1. Open the ikas Dashboard:

   Go to the Store Login page at https://accounts.ikas.com/store-login and enter your myikas store name, then click Continue.

2. Forgot Password:

   Click on Forgot Password.

3. Enter Your Email Address:

   Enter your email address where the password reset link will be sent, and proceed.

4. Reset Your Password:

   Open the email you received and follow the instructions to reset your password.
