How to Activate the Back-in-Stock Notification

With the Back-in-Stock notification, you can automatically notify customers by email when a product is back in stock.

Activate the Back-in-Stock Notification

Follow these steps to activate the Back-in-Stock notification:

  1. Log into the ikas Dashboard:

    Sign in to your ikas Dashboard.

  2. Access Automations:

    In the left menu, click on Sales Channel B2C > Automations.

  3. Activate the Back-in-Stock Notification:

    • In the Back-in-Stock Notification section, click the Activate button on the right.
    • Enable the back-in-stock notification by checking the checkbox at the top right.
  4. Configure the Back-in-Stock Notification:

    • Under Settings, specify whether the notification should be sent to all customers or only to registered customers.
    • In the Most Waited Products section, you can see which products are in high demand and how many customers are waiting for them.
  5. Save:

    Click on Save to apply the changes.

Export Most Expected Products

You can export the list of most expected products:

  1. Select Export Option:

    In the Most Expected Products section, click the Export button on the right. A window will open where you can specify export details.

  2. Choose Export Format:

    Choose the desired file type for the export (CSV or XLS).

  3. Export:

    Click on the Export button to complete the export. The file will automatically download in the selected format.
