Within ikas Marketing, you can adjust various settings to optimize your email campaigns. Here’s how you can set the sending frequency and conversion criteria for your marketing emails.
Set Conversion Criteria
You can decide when a sale should be counted as a conversion after a marketing email is sent. Choose which action will trigger a conversion:

Log in to the ikas Dashboard:
Sign in to your ikas dashboard.

Access Marketing Settings:
In the left-hand menu, click on Marketing > Settings.

Define Conversion Criteria:
Specify when a sale should be counted as a conversion:
- When Clicked: A conversion is counted when the recipient clicks on a link in the email and then completes a purchase.
- When Opened: A conversion is already counted when the recipient opens the email and subsequently makes a purchase.

Save:
Click Save to confirm your settings.
Set Sending Frequency
To determine the sending frequency of your marketing emails, follow these steps:

In the left-hand menu, click on Marketing > Settings.

Define Sending Frequency:
- Enable the Waiting Period to specify how long a customer should wait before receiving another marketing email after getting one.
- Set the waiting time in hours or days before a new email can be sent.
