What Does the Dashboard Home Page Include?

Overview of the Home Page

The home page provides a comprehensive overview of the key statistics of your shop. It helps you understand what data is displayed and how you can interpret it to analyze and increase the success of your shop.

Basic Settings

At the top of the home page, you can adjust some basic settings:

  • Sales Channels: Choose which sales channels should be included in the statistics.

  • Time Period: Select a time frame to display data for a specific period (e.g., week, month, year).

The statistics are always shown in comparison to the previous period. For example, if you select the time period "Week," the current data will be compared with the data from the previous week. This allows you to easily track trends and changes.

Active Sessions Count

On the top right corner, you will see the current number of active sessions. This shows you in real-time how many visitors are currently on your website.

Sales Graph

The sales graph visualizes the sales performance of your shop for the selected time period. It helps you identify trends and patterns, such as:

  • Session Count: The number of visitors who visited your website.
  • Conversion Rate: The percentage of visitors who completed a purchase.
  • Refund Amount: The total amount of canceled or returned orders.

The arrows with percentages show the changes compared to the previous period, e.g., whether revenue has increased or decreased.
