What Is Up-Selling?

Up-selling is an effective strategy to increase the average order value by offering customers higher-end or upgraded versions of a product they’ve already chosen. These offers appear during the checkout process and are designed to motivate customers to opt for a better version of their initial purchase.

🔹 Example: A customer selects a standard smartphone. During checkout, you offer an upgraded model with more storage, a better camera, and a longer battery life—an enhanced version of the same product.

Viewing Campaign Reports

Once your first campaign is created, you can view its performance under Discounts > Campaign Offers in the menu. There, you’ll get insights into:

  • How many orders were placed using the campaign offers
  • The total number of products ordered
  • The additional revenue generated through the campaign

You can also view the performance of individual campaign offers, including:

  • The number of orders generated by each offer
  • The number of products sold
  • The additional revenue generated by each specific offer
