How to Set Up the Email Settings

To use the connected email domain and configure basic settings for it, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to the ikas Dashboard:

    Sign in to your ikas dashboard.

  2. Access Notifications:

    Click on Sales Channel B2C > Notifications in the left-hand menu.

  3. Open Email Settings:

    In the Email Settings section, click Edit Email Settings in the top right corner.

  4. Edit Email Settings:

    Make the following basic configurations:

    • Notification Emails:
      • Enter personal or business email addresses where you’d like to receive notifications about orders and refunds. You can enter multiple email addresses.
      • Select the preferred language for your notification emails.
    • Notification and Email Settings:
      • Send with the ikas Domain: If no custom email domain has been set up, enable this option. Emails will then be sent from the ikas domain, but there’s a higher chance they might end up in the spam folder.
        • Reply-To Email Address: Enter the email address where replies should be sent.
        • Reply-To Name: Enter the name that should appear as the sender.
      • Send with My Own Domain: If you have your own domain and have added it under Settings > Email Domain Settings, you can select it here to send emails from your own domain.
    • General Settings:
      • Upload the logo to be used in your emails.
      • Choose a button color for your emails to customize the design.
  5. Save:

    Click Save to apply your changes.
