The B2B store system is specifically designed to sell products to business customers and retailers. All settings made within the B2B sales channel are independent of those in the regular B2C store channel.
All general shop settings – including homepage, products, orders, customers, discounts, marketing, reports, apps, and settings – apply to all sales channels unless specifically customized for a particular one.
Setting Up Your B2B Sales Channel

Log in to the ikas Dashboard:
Sign in to your ikas dashboard.

Create a New Sales Channel:
- Click the plus sign (+) next to Sales Channels in the left-hand menu.
- Select B2B (Business-to-Business) as the type of sales channel.
⚠️ Note: The B2B store is only available in the All-in-One package.

Customize B2B Settings:
- Price Visibility: Choose whether prices are always visible, never visible, or only for registered customers.
- Product Visibility: Define whether products are visible to everyone or only to registered customers.
- Account Approval (optional): If enabled, new customer registrations must go through a manual approval process.

Customize the Design:
- Personalize your B2B store design under My Themes and publish it as a standalone website.

SEO and Domain Management:
- The B2B store requires a unique domain or subdomain.
- Inventory is automatically synchronized with the main store if the same locations are used.
- Optimize favicon, title tag, and homepage description for better search engine visibility.

Automations and Notifications:
- Customize email notifications and automations for your B2B store.
- Under Settings > Email Domain Settings, link a unique email domain to the B2B store.
- Adjust email templates under Notifications for the B2B sales channel.

- Create a B2B-specific price list under Products > Price Lists and assign it in the localization settings.
