How to Enable Support Access for ikas

To allow the ikas support team to access your dashboard and assist you with any issues or questions, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your ikas dashboard:

    Sign in to your ikas dashboard.

  2. Go to Settings:

    In the left-hand menu, click on Settings and select Support Access Settings.

  3. Enable access:

    • Check if support access is already enabled and see how long the support team will have access.
    • Click Edit to adjust the access period as needed.
  4. Save:

    Confirm your settings to activate or deactivate support access.

Support access is especially helpful for resolving technical issues or addressing specific questions directly within your dashboard.

Managing Partner Access Permissions

The partner access permission allows your partner to access your ikas dashboard.

Check the permission status:

  • This permission is enabled by default, but you can remove it via the three-dot button on the right.
  • Once it’s deactivated, it cannot be reactivated directly via the dashboard.

Reactivate partner access:

  • The partner needs to log in to their partner dashboard.
  • There, they can remove the existing invitation and send a new request.
  • You can approve the request in your dashboard (again via the three-dot button) or revoke access at any time.

This feature ensures that partners can only access your dashboard with your approval and allows you to manage permissions easily and securely.
