How to Create Manual Customer Groups

To create customer groups and manually assign customers to them, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to the ikas Dashboard:

    Sign in to your ikas Dashboard.

  2. Access Customer Groups:

    Click on Customers > Customer Groups in the left menu.

  3. Create a New Customer Group:

    • Click the Add Customer Group button.
    • Enter a name for the customer group.
    • Click Save.
  4. Add Customers to the Customer Group:

    • Click on Customers > Customers in the left menu.
    • Select the relevant customer.
    • Go to the Customer Groups section and select the desired group.
    • Click Save.
  5. Alternative: Assign Customers via File:

    • Export the customer list.
    • Enter the desired customer group in the file.
    • Import the updated file back into the system.
