A cross-sell campaign offers your customers products that complement an already viewed or purchased item. These can include accessories or discounted add-ons that enhance the purchase and increase its value.
To create a cross-sell campaign, follow these steps:

Log in to the ikas Dashboard:
Sign into your ikas dashboard.

Access Campaign Offers:
Click on Discounts > Campaign Offers in the left-hand menu.

Add Campaign Offer:
- Click on the Add Campaign Offer button.
- Select Cross-Sell.

Create Campaign:
A detailed page will open where you can fill out all the relevant fields.
- In the Title field, give the discount campaign a descriptive name that will be visible to your customers.

Select Offer Page:
Choose where the campaign should appear:
- Checkout Page: Encourage customers to add the offer to their order and complete the purchase by offering small discounts.
- Post Checkout Page: After completing the order, offer an additional discount to encourage customers to add the suggested product to their existing order without placing a new one — no extra shipping cost.
- Product Page: Show cross-sell offers directly on the product page to suggest complementary items.

Configure Offers:
- Click on Add Product to select the product(s) to be offered as cross-sell items.
- Enter a clear title for the offer that will be shown to your customers.
- Provide a brief description of the product or discount.
- Choose whether the discount is a percentage or a fixed amount, and enter the amount.
- Decide whether the discount should apply to the sales price or the already discounted price.
- Optionally, add a countdown timer and define the duration in minutes.
- You can also select the option to not display the offer if the product is already in the cart.
You can add up to three offers, where the next offer is shown or skipped based on the customer’s decision to accept or reject the previous one—except on the Post-Checkout Page. A preview of the offer will be displayed on the right.

Define Scope of Application:
Decide which products or categories the discount applies to:
- All Products: The discount applies to the entire range of products.
- Specific Products: The discount is limited to selected products, categories, brands, or items with specific tags.
- Use + Add Condition to define additional rules and determine whether all or any of the conditions need to be met.

Set Requirements:
Determine the conditions under which the discount will be applied:
- Limit Purchase Amount: The discount only applies after a certain cart value is reached.
- Limit Product Quantity: The discount is granted only when a specified number of products is purchased.

Set Sales Channels and Currencies:
Define which sales channels and currencies the discount campaign applies to.

Set Discount Campaign Period:
If the discount should only be valid for a limited time, enable the checkbox for the start and end dates, and select the desired dates.

Save:
Click Save to activate your discount campaign.
