With the “Buy X, Get Y” campaign, you can set it up so that customers receive a product for free or at a discounted price when they purchase a certain number of items.
To create a "Buy X, Get Y" campaign that will automatically be applied at checkout, follow these steps:

Log in to the ikas Dashboard:
Sign in to your ikas Dashboard.

Navigate to Campaigns:
In the left menu, click on Discounts > Campaigns.

Add Campaign:
Click the Add Campaign button. A window will open where you can choose between the following options:
- Automatic Discount: The discount is automatically applied at checkout once the set conditions are met (e.g., minimum order value, product selection). Customers do not need to do anything to receive the discount.
- Discount Code: Customers must enter a special discount code at checkout to receive the discount. This code can be provided manually or in promotions. Learn more here.

Select Automatic Discount:
Choose Automatic Discount.

Create Campaign:
A detail page will open where you can fill out all the relevant fields.
- Title: Give a meaningful name to your discount campaign.

Choose Discount Type:
Select the Buy X, Get Y type from the available options.

Define Customer Purchases:
Set the conditions under which customers will be eligible for the discount:
- Minimum Quantity: Set how many units of a product a customer needs to purchase.
- Quantity: Specify the exact number of items to be purchased.
- Maximum Purchase Quantity: Optionally set an upper limit for the purchase quantity.
- Minimum Purchase Amount: Set a minimum cart value for the campaign.
- Purchase Amount: Define the minimum amount the cart must contain.
- Maximum Purchase Amount: Optionally set an upper limit for the purchase value.
- Limit per Order: Define how many times a customer can benefit from this offer per order.
- Eligible Products: Choose which specific products, categories, brands, or items with specific tags the discount applies to.
- Minimum Quantity: Set how many units of a product a customer needs to purchase.

What the Customer Will Receive:
Define what customers will receive when they meet the requirements:
- Quantity: Specify the amount of the received product.
- Eligible Products: Choose which specific products, categories, brands, or items with certain tags will be discounted or free.

Define Discount Ratio:
Set how the discount will be applied to the received product:
- Discount Type: Choose between Percentage, Sale Price, or Fixed Amount.
- Discount Amount: Enter the desired discount amount.
- Free: Use the Toggle to automatically set the product to 100% off.
- Automatic Product Addition: Activate this option to automatically add eligible products to the cart.

Set Additional Options:
You can configure the following additional options:
- Combine with Other Campaigns: Decide whether the discount can be combined with other discount campaigns.
- Set Total Usage Limit: Set how many times the discount can be used in total.
- Set Limit per User: Limit the number of times a customer can use the discount.
- Set Limit per Order: Define how often the discount can be applied per order.

Set Valid Customers:
Define which customers or groups the campaign applies to. You can choose between all customers, a specific customer group/segment, or individual customers.
- Optionally, you can enable the Only for Registered Customers option.

Define Sales Channels:
Specify in which sales channels and for which currencies the discount campaign is valid.

Set Campaign Period:
If the discount is only valid for a limited period, check the box for start and end dates and select the desired dates.

Save:
Click Save to activate your discount campaign.
