How to Adjust Currency Formats and Order Numbers

To adjust the formatting rules for currencies and order numbers, follow these steps:

1. Log into your ikas Dashboard:

   Sign in to your ikas Dashboard.

2. Access Settings:

   In the left menu, click on Settings and then select Formatting Rules.

Adjust Currency Formatting Rules

1. Add a Rule:

   In the Currency Formatting Rules section, click the + Add Rule button.

2. Customize Currency and Symbols:

   • Choose the desired currency.
   • Adjust the currency symbol and set the symbol position (before or after the amount).

3. Define Separators:

   Set the thousands separator and the decimal separator.

   Note: The thousands separator and the decimal separator cannot be the same.

4. Display Zeros:

   Decide whether to show zeros in the formatting.

5. Preview:

   A preview of the formatting will appear on the right side.

6. Add More Rules:

   Use the + Add Rule button to define additional formatting rules for other currencies.

7. Delete Unnecessary Rules (Optional):

   Optionally, click on the trash icon next to the rule you want to delete.

8. Save:

   Don’t forget to save your changes.

Adjust Order Number Formatting Rules

1. Add a Rule:

   In the Order Number Formatting Rules section, click the + Add Rule button.

2. Select Sales Channel:

   Choose the affected sales channel.

3. Set Prefix and Suffix:

   Define the prefix (before the order number) and suffix (after the order number). These can also be randomized by selecting the appropriate checkboxes.

4. Preview:

   A preview of the order number formatting will appear on the right side.

5. Add More Rules:

   Use the + Add Rule button to create additional formatting rules for order numbers.

6. Delete Unnecessary Rules (Optional):

   Optionally, click on the trash icon next to the rule you want to delete.

7. Save:

   Don’t forget to save your changes.
