How to integrate Cursor into ikas

You can also connect Cursor to ikas via MCP, allowing you to manage data or create content with AI support.

Step-by-step guide:

1. Download Cursor:

   Install Cursor on your computer: https://www.cursor.com/

   

2. Create an account:

   Open Cursor and sign up for an account.

   

3. Add an app in ikas:

   Go to your ikas panel: Apps > My Apps > Private Apps and click on Add App.

   

   

4. Select MCP client and enter details:

   In the ikas panel, under Apps > My Apps > Private Apps, retrieve your API details.

   Add a private app, choose MCP Client, grant the required permissions, and save in the top right corner.

   

5. Start the integration in Cursor:

   In the pop-up, copy the Token from the JSON code and click Add to Cursor to start the integration.

   

6. Complete the installation in Cursor:

   Cursor will open automatically and show you the Install window.

   

   Click Install to finish the setup.

   

7. Open the Chat in Cursor:

   In Cursor, open the Chat panel on the right-hand side – you can now start working directly with ikas.

   

The integration is now complete – Cursor is successfully connected to your ikas platform.
