How to Exclude Products from Sales Channels

To hide or display products in the sales channels, follow these simple steps:

  1. Log in to the ikas Dashboard:

    Sign in to your ikas dashboard.

  2. Navigate to Products:

    In the left menu, click on the Products tab and select Products.

  3. Select the Product:

    Click on the affected product to open its product detail page.

  4. View Sales Channels:

    On the product detail page, click on the Sales Channels button in the top right corner.

  5. Hide/Show Sales Channels:

    A new window will open on the right side, displaying all available sales channels. Use the checkboxes next to the channels to either show or hide the product for those channels.

Exclude/Enable Individual Variants for Sale:

It is also possible to exclude or re-enable variants of a product for sale. Here’s how:

  1. Open the Product Detail Page:

    Follow steps 1 through 3 above to access the product detail page of the corresponding product.

  2. Select a Variant:

    Scroll down to the Variants section.

  3. Edit the Variant:

    Click on the three-dot icon "..." next to the variant you want to adjust, then select Close for Sale or, if the variant is already disabled, choose Open for Sale.
