Would you like to customize and personalize the emails you send to your customers? It’s easy to edit the templates for your outgoing emails so they perfectly match your business and branding.
Simply follow these steps to edit your email templates:

Log in to the ikas Dashboard:
Sign in to your ikas dashboard.

Go to Notifications:
In the left-hand menu, click on Sales Channel B2C > Notifications.

Find the right email template:
In the Notifications section, you’ll find a range of ready-made email templates that are automatically sent to your customers in different situations. These templates are grouped by category:

Orders
-
Shipping
-
Refunds
-
Customers
-
Automations
-

Select the email notification:
Click on the email notification whose template you want to edit.

Customize the email content:
In the editor, you can easily adjust the content of the email to suit your needs:

Use the options on the left side of the editor to adjust basic settings such as font, background color, and button color.

Edit the existing email text and customize it for your business.

Use drag & drop to add different elements such as text, images, buttons, products, or content blocks like an order summary to your template.

Click on any component within the template to edit it.

When you hover over a component, you can:

Move and reposition it.

Adjust its settings.
-
Duplicate or delete it.

Check mobile and desktop views:
Use the icons at the top to switch between the desktop view and mobile view to see how your email will look on different devices.

Edit preview text and subject line:
Click on Content Preview at the top to edit the subject line and preview text of the email. You’ll also see a preview of the email content here.

Edit additional languages (optional):
If you’ve added additional languages in ikas, you can customize the email content for each language directly.
Note: ikas provides ready-made email templates for German, English, French, Dutch, and Turkish. For other languages, the content is shown in English by default and can be manually adjusted.

Save your changes:
Click on Save in the top right corner to apply your changes. Alternatively, you can use the three-dot button to turn your email into an ikas template.
