How to Edit the Customer Address in an Order

To edit the customer address in an order, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to the ikas Dashboard

    Sign in to your ikas Dashboard.

  2. Open the Orders Section

    In the left-hand menu, click on Orders > Orders.

  3. Select the Order:

    Open the relevant order.

  4. Edit Addresses:

    In the Customer section, you can adjust the Shipping and Billing Address.

    • If you want to edit an existing address, click on the edit icon and update the information.
    • If you want to add a new address, click on Add and fill in the required fields.
  5. Save:

    Click Save to confirm your changes.
