How to Edit Multiple Products at once

To edit multiple products at once through the Dashboard, follow these steps:

1. Log in to the ikas Dashboard:

   Sign in to your ikas dashboard.

2. Navigate to Products:

   In the left menu, click on the Products tab and select Products.

3. Select Products:

   You can select products in different ways:

   • Select products manually: Check the box next to each product you want to edit.
   • Select all products: To select all products, check the box at the top left of the product list without applying a filter.
   • Select filtered products: Apply a filter (for more information on filtering products, click here). Afterward, you can select all filtered products at once by checking the box at the top left.

4. Choose an Action:

   After selecting the products, a menu will appear at the top with available actions:

   • Delete products: Remove all selected products.
   • Edit products: Click Edit to open the edit window.

5. Edit Products:

   In the edit window, you can make changes to the selected products:

   • Confirm product selection: Confirm which products you want to edit.

   • Select attribute to edit: Choose the attribute you want to modify (e.g., price, category, or personalization).

     Example:

     • Set the purchase price to 50 Euros.
     • Add the categories "Glasses" and "Full-Rim Glasses."
     • Remove the personalization "Engraving."

   Multiple changes can be made at the same time.

6. Save Changes:

   Click Save to apply your changes. All selected products will now be updated according to your selections.

   Important: Please note that these changes cannot be undone. Carefully review your selection before saving the changes.
