[Shipping Settings](https://support.ikas.com/sales-channel-b2c?hsLang=en#shipping-settings) # How to Create Shipping Rules To set up shipping rules for your checkout page, follow these steps: 1. **Login to the ikas Dashboard:** Sign in to your ikas dashboard. 2. **Access Shipping Settings:** In the left menu, click on **Sales Channel B2C > Shipping Settings**. 3. **Add Shipping Rule:** In the **Shipping Rules** section, click on **Add New Rule Set**. 4. **Select Delivery Method:** Choose the desired shipping method. You have the following options: - **Standard Shipping:** Low-cost delivery method for simple packages. - **Fast Delivery:** Accelerated delivery method with desired date and time slot selection. 5. **Set Fast Delivery Rules (only if Fast Delivery is selected):** In the **Fast Delivery Rules** section, click on the **Add Rule** button. - Choose the **days** when express deliveries are available. - Click on **Save**. - Select the applicable **timezone** and provide the **start and end times** for orders to receive an **estimated delivery time** during those hours. 6. **Select Shipping Zones:** - In the **Shipping Zone Selection** section, click on **Add Shipping Zone** and select the **countries** where the shipping rule should apply. - If desired, you can limit the shipping zone to **specific postal codes**. - Click on the **edit symbol** next to the relevant country. - Click the **Add Postal Code** button. - Add the desired **postal codes** and confirm each entry by pressing **Enter**. - Click on **Save**. 7. **Define Shipping Rules:** In the **Shipping Rules** section, click on **Add Shipping Rule**. - Give a descriptive **title** for the shipping option, which will be visible to your customers on the checkout page (e.g., "Free Shipping" or "Standard Shipping"). - Choose the **price list** and enter the **shipping costs** for this rule (e.g., 0 Euro for free shipping or 2.99 Euro for standard shipping). - Specify whether shipping should be calculated based on the **order price** or **item weight**. - Define **minimum** and **maximum values** (e.g., free shipping for orders over 30 Euros, standard shipping for orders under 30 Euros). If no values are entered, the rule will apply to all orders. - Click on **Save**. **Note:** The entry of the shipping weight (Desi) in the product affects the shipping rules defined in ikas. However, the actual shipping costs depend on the measurements by the shipping company. If you use multiple shipping providers, you can create **separate rules for each provider**. These rules will then be displayed as options for customers at checkout. 8. **Assign Warehouse Locations:** Choose the **stock locations** for which this rule should apply and activate them by checking the **checkbox**. 9. **Save:** Click on **Save** to secure the shipping rule.   ### Note on Dynamic Pricing If you use dynamic pricing (e.g., standard currency Euro, which is automatically converted to US dollars), select the **standard price list** in the shipping rule menu and enter the desired amount in Euros.
