[Price List](https://support.ikas.com/ikas-admin-dashboard?hsLang=en#price-list) # How to Create a Manual Price List ## Manual price lists offer maximum flexibility to adjust prices for different markets or customer requirements. They allow for individual pricing strategies and full control over price management. To create a manual price list, follow these steps: 1. **Log in to your ikas dashboard:** Sign in to your ikas dashboard. 2. **Access Price Lists:** Click on **Products \> Price Lists** in the left menu. 3. **Add a New Price List:** Click the **Add Price List** button. A window will open where you can choose between the following options: - **Manual Price List:** A list where prices are entered and managed manually. - **Exchange Rate Price List:** A list that automatically adjusts based on the current or a manually defined exchange rate. You can find more information [here](https://support.ikas.com/how-to-create-a-dynamic-price-list?hsLang=en). 4. **Select Manual Price List:** Choose **Manual Price List** and click **Continue**. 5. **Create the Price List:** - Enter a **name** for the price list. - Select the **target currency**. - Click **Save**. After saving, the detail page of the price list will open. Under **General Information**, you will find the name and the defined target currency. 6. **Add Products:** Under **Products**, click the **Add Product** button to include the desired products in the price list. You have two options: - **Add Bulk Products:** Export the price list, edit it, and import it again. - **Add Products Manually:** - Select the **desired products** by checking the boxes to the left of the product names. To select all products, check the box at the top left of the list. - Then click on **Add Selected**. > Note: Products that are not added to the price list will not be available in countries using that price list. 7. **Set Prices:** - In the new view, input fields for **sale** and **discounted prices** in the **target currency** will appear. - Enter the **prices** and click **Save**. 8. **Edit or Remove Products (optional):** Added products will be listed on the detail page of the price list and can be edited. If you want to **remove** a product from the list: - Select the product using the **checkbox**. - Click the **Delete** button that appears above the product list. 9. **Save or Delete the Price List:** Click **Save** in the top right corner to save the new price list. If you want to **delete** the list, you can do so via the button on the detail page.   > **Note**: A price list must be activated in the [Localization Settings](https://support.ikas.com/how-to-set-up-the-localization-settings?hsLang=en) before it can be used.
