How to Create a Filter in the Customer List

To quickly and easily filter the customers in your shop, follow these steps:

  1. Login to the ikas Dashboard:

    Sign into your ikas Dashboard.

  2. Access Customers:

    Click on the Customers > Customers tab in the left menu.

  3. Add a Filter:

    Click on the Filter button next to the search bar, and then click on the + Add Filter button.

  4. Select the Filter Criteria:

    Choose the criteria you want to filter by, such as Customer Group, Marketing Permission, or B2B Status. You can define multiple filter conditions at the same time.

  5. Set the Condition and Choose the Filter Type:

    After selecting the criteria, you can narrow down the filter conditions by specifying one or more specific values for the criteria.

    Additionally, you can decide whether the filter should include or exclude a specific value. This means:

    • "Contains": Only customers with the selected value will be shown (e.g., "B2B Status contains denied" – all customers whose B2B status is denied will be displayed).
    • "Does not contain": Excludes customers with the selected value (e.g., "B2B Status contains denied" – all customers whose B2B status is not denied will be displayed).

    This function allows you to filter very precisely and either search for a specific value or exclude it.

  6. Apply the Filter:

    Click the Apply button to activate the filter and display only the customers who match the set criteria.

  7. Save the Filter (Optional):

    If you want to save the filter for later, click on Save after applying the filter. Give the filter a name and confirm with Save to secure it.

    The saved filter name will now appear in the top bar. By clicking on it, customers will automatically be filtered according to the saved criteria. It’s also possible to adjust the filter later.
