[Products](https://support.ikas.com/ikas-admin-dashboard?hsLang=en#products) # How to Create a Filter for the Product List To filter the desired products in your shop quickly and easily, follow these steps: 1. **Log in to the ikas Dashboard:** Sign in to your ikas dashboard. 2. **Access the product list:** In the left menu, click on the **Products** tab and select **Products**. 3. **Add a filter:** Click on **Filter** next to the search bar, then click the **+ Add Filter** button. 4. **Select the filter criteria:** Choose the criterion by which you want to filter, such as **Brand**, **Category**, or **Price**. You can also apply multiple filters at once. 5. **Set conditions and select filter type:** Once you've selected the criterion, you can refine the filter by choosing one or more **specific values**. For example: - **Criterion:** Brand - **Value:** Apple You can also choose whether to include or exclude the selected value. This means: - **"Includes"**: Displays only products that include the selected value (e.g., **"Brand includes Apple"** – all Apple products will be shown). - **"Not Includes"**: Excludes products that have the selected value (e.g., **"Brand does not include Apple"** – all products that are **not** from Apple will be shown). This feature lets you filter with precision, either by including or excluding specific values. 6. **Apply the filter:** Click the **Apply** button to activate the filter and display only the products that match the specified criteria. 7. **Save the filter (optional):** If you want to save the filter for later, click **Save** after applying the filter. Give the filter a name and confirm by clicking **Save** to store it. The saved filter name will now appear in the top bar. By clicking on it, the products will automatically be filtered according to the saved criteria. You can also adjust the filter later if needed. --- ### What can I do with filters?
