How to Create a Cart Link

To create a cart link, follow these steps:

Log in to the ikas Dashboard:

Sign in to your ikas dashboard.
Access Cart Links:

In the left-hand menu, go to Products > Definitions and select Cart Links.
Select a Sales Channel:

Choose the sales channel for which you want to create a cart link.
Add Products:
- Select the products that should automatically be added to the cart.
- Then specify the quantity for each product.
Enable Order Source Tracking:

Enable the creation of a trackable link to monitor where the orders come from.

This will automatically add the following UTM parameters to the link:
- utm_source=ikas
- utm_medium=cart_link
Add a Discount Code (Optional):
- If desired, you can include a discount code directly in the link.
- This way, the discount is automatically applied without the customer needing to enter it manually.
Generate the Link:

Click Create Link in the top right corner to generate the cart link.
Copy the Link:

Once the link is generated, simply copy it and use it in your preferred communication channels.

With cart links, you can easily create a button that takes your customers directly to their cart page – perfect for special promotions or simplifying the checkout process.
