How to Cancel an Order

To cancel an order, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to the ikas Dashboard

    Sign in to your ikas Dashboard.

  2. Open the Orders Section

    In the left-hand menu, click on Orders > Orders.

  3. Select the Order:

    Open the relevant order.

  4. Cancel the Order:

    Click on the three-dot button in the top right corner and select Cancel.

Note: An order can only be cancelled if the order status is Unfulfilled and the payment status is Pending Payment. In all other cases, the order cannot be cancelled and must be refunded instead.
