How to Adjust Currency Formats and Order Numbers
To adjust the formatting rules for currencies and order numbers, follow these steps:
- 
Log into your ikas Dashboard: Sign in to your ikas Dashboard. 
- 
Access Settings: In the left menu, click on Settings and then select Formatting Rules. 
Adjust Currency Formatting Rules
- 
Add a Rule: In the Currency Formatting Rules section, click the + Add Rule button. 
- 
Customize Currency and Symbols: - Choose the desired currency.
- Adjust the currency symbol and set the symbol position (before or after the amount).
 
- 
Define Separators: Set the thousands separator and the decimal separator. Note: The thousands separator and the decimal separator cannot be the same. 
- 
Display Zeros: Decide whether to show zeros in the formatting. 
- 
Preview: A preview of the formatting will appear on the right side. 
- 
Add More Rules: Use the + Add Rule button to define additional formatting rules for other currencies. 
- 
Delete Unnecessary Rules (Optional): Optionally, click on the trash icon next to the rule you want to delete. 
- 
Save: Don’t forget to save your changes. 
Adjust Order Number Formatting Rules
- 
Add a Rule: In the Order Number Formatting Rules section, click the + Add Rule button. 
- 
Select Sales Channel: Choose the affected sales channel. 
- 
Set Prefix and Suffix: Define the prefix (before the order number) and suffix (after the order number). These can also be randomized by selecting the appropriate checkboxes. 
- 
Preview: A preview of the order number formatting will appear on the right side. 
- 
Add More Rules: Use the + Add Rule button to create additional formatting rules for order numbers. 
- 
Delete Unnecessary Rules (Optional): Optionally, click on the trash icon next to the rule you want to delete. 
- 
Save: Don’t forget to save your changes. 
By following these steps, you can adjust the formatting rules for currencies and order numbers in your ikas Dashboard.
