[Products](https://support.ikas.com/ikas-admin-dashboard?hsLang=en#products) # How to Add Animated Images and Videos to Your Products and Themes? ## Want to enhance your shop with animated images or videos and bring more life to your product pages? To use animated images or videos in your shop, they need to be in **WebP** or **MP4** format. If your files are in a different format, they need to be converted. Tools like **ezgif** or **convertio** make the conversion process simple and fast. > Important Notes: > > - Ensure that the uploaded file is **no larger than 20 MB**. If your file exceeds this size, you should resize it before conversion. > - Direct conversions from videos to WebP can sometimes cause issues. Therefore, we recommend converting the video to a GIF first and then converting the GIF to WebP. --- ### Example Conversion with Ezgif 1. **Open the website:** Go to [ezgif.com](https://ezgif.com/) and select **WebP** in the top menu, then choose **Video to WebP**. 2. **Upload the file:** Upload your video or GIF and click **Upload Video!**. 3. **Convert:** Click on the **Convert to WebP!** button without making any changes to the settings. 4. **Check the speed:** Under the **Output WebP Animation** section, click on the **Speed** tab. Ensure the time between frames is set to **5 seconds**, then click **Change speed!**. 5. **Save the file:** In the **Output image** section, click **Save** to download the converted file and add it to your shop.     -
